1. Purpose and scope

These terms of use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the bce-monitoring.be website, published by Espero-Soft Informatiques SRL. Using the site implies full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Relationship with the alert service

The bce-monitoring.be website is a presentation site. Subscription to and delivery of the alert service are operated on Company Belgium and are governed by Company Belgium's own terms and conditions, which you accept when registering on that platform. These Terms govern only the use of the present site.

3. Access to the site

The site is freely accessible. Espero-Soft Informatiques SRL endeavours to keep it available, with no obligation of result, and may interrupt, suspend or modify it at any time, in particular for maintenance, development or security reasons, without incurring liability.

4. Permitted and prohibited uses

You undertake to use the site in accordance with the law and these Terms. The following are prohibited in particular:

mass automated extraction (scraping) or substantial reuse of the content infringing database rights;
any attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the site;
use of the site or accessible data for unlawful, misleading or public-order-infringing purposes.

5. User obligations regarding company data

The company data presented comes from public sources. If you use such data, in particular for B2B prospecting, it is your responsibility to comply with the applicable rules, in particular the GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive and Belgian law (informing data subjects, appropriate legal basis, right to object, rules on electronic prospecting). Espero-Soft Informatiques SRL cannot be held liable for the use you make of the data.

6. Intellectual property

The site's elements are protected in accordance with our legal notice. No licence or right is granted beyond normal consultation of the site.

7. Warranties and liability

The site and its content are provided "as is". Espero-Soft Informatiques SRL does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information and accepts no liability for indirect damage resulting from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law (notably in case of fraud, gross negligence, or harm to life or physical integrity).
